Felted Soap

Introducing your new favorite way to use soap! Felted soap is simply a bar of soap that has been covered in roving wool, then soaked in water and agitated until the wool fibers shrink around the soap and begin to mesh together, becoming felt. You might be wondering: why would you want to cover your soap in felt? Here are some of the amazing benefits:

• Better grip: The felt makes it easier to hold the soap without it slipping from your hands.
• Superior lather: Felted soap produces a better lather than a naked bar of soap.
• Gentle exfoliation: The felt acts as a light exfoliator on your skin to remove dead skin cells, dirt, and other impurities.
• Lasts longer: Covering soap in felt can extend its life by helping it dry more quickly between uses and slowing the breakdown that can happen when constantly exposed to water.
